Great tequila. I never heard of Ripe mix. Sometimes there is only time and/or availability for pre-made mixers.

I updated my Spaten Oktoberfest post. I've got a backlog of drinks that I'll add this week, and they come with better photos...I really need to up my photos, I guess ;). I just hate using the flash in a bar or restaurant setting...
