ForrestFrazier's Notes

Since Labor Day is the last day to wear seersucker I chose to memorialize it with this cocktail originally mixed by New York mixologist Brian Miller.

Cinnamon bark syrup is made just like simple syrup however you add 3 sticks of cinnamon to the mixture when cooking.

I tasted the mixture after I muddled the strawberry and syrup. It IS delicious! The cocktail wasn't that bad either.
