Shake and Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives and bacon.

Maybe super crisped bacon reduces the grease?
I made bacon infused bourbon and while I liked the flavor I did find it a tad "greasy". I'm down with this drink as long as the greasy factor is gone.
