Ingredients needed to make a Brant

3 parts E&J VSOP Brandy
1 part Clear/White Creme De Menthe
2 Dashes Agnostura Bitters
1 Lemon Peel

Stir liquid ingredients together in a small rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

This drink is from a recipe obtained in The Old Waldorf-Astoria Bar Book. Many classics and Pre-Classics contained therein.
